Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the s4spin Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created by the same individual using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited. s4spin reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts and to void any Bets or Bonuses associated with them.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You must promptly notify s4spin of any changes to your registered details by updating your Account profile or contacting support. s4spin is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided during registration or thereafter.
s4spin operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with its licensing obligations. We may request documentation to verify your identity, age, and source of funds at any stage — including during registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other time at our discretion. Acceptable documents include but are not limited to a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of Funds pending verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your s4spin login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account.
You must notify s4spin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. s4spin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure or from your failure to notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access.
s4spin strongly recommends that all Players enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on their Account, which is available at no charge in the Account security settings.
s4spin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and DuitNow, subject to availability. All Account Funds are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. s4spin will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page within your Account and may vary by payment method.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure. s4spin reserves the right to process withdrawals to a verified bank account registered in the Player's name where the original payment method is unavailable. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed on the withdrawals page. s4spin may delay processing a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of a suspected policy breach.
All transactions on the s4spin Platform are conducted in MYR. s4spin is not responsible for any currency conversion fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider.
All Bets placed on the s4spin Platform are subject to the specific product rules applicable to that game or event — including but not limited to the sportsbook betting rules, casino table game rules, and slot game rules. These rules are accessible within the relevant product section of the Platform.
s4spin reserves the right to void any Bet that was placed or accepted in error, including but not limited to cases where:
In the event of a dispute regarding a Bet outcome, the decision of s4spin shall be final, subject to any formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.
From time to time, s4spin may offer Bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. Each Bonus is subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits. These terms are communicated at the time the Bonus is offered.
Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses are available to one Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. s4spin reserves the right to withdraw any Bonus and void any winnings derived from it if there is evidence that the Bonus has been claimed in breach of these Terms or the specific promotion terms.

s4spin may immediately suspend or terminate the Account of any Player found to be engaged in Prohibited Conduct and may report such conduct to the relevant authorities.
All content on the s4spin Platform — including but not limited to the s4spin brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, images, and data — is the intellectual property of s4spin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of s4spin.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, s4spin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, regardless of whether s4spin was advised of the possibility of such damages.
s4spin provides the Platform on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability, for which s4spin shall not be liable.
